Buying Guns Online:
Yes, buying guns online in the United States of America is 100% legal and protected by the US Constitution under the Second Amendment. However, when you purchase a gun online you will still need to pass a background check BEFORE that gun is transferred into you name. Here is how that works:
- You purchase a gun in the online shop by providing your payment details in the shopping cart.
- You will need to choose the receiving dealer in that checkout process who will charge you a paperwork transfer fee.Â
- The money is then transferred out of your payment method.
- The gun is packed and shipped to the authorized receiving dealer you chose in the shopping cart checkout.Â
- The receiving dealer contacts you to come and complete the background check.
- If you pass that background check and pay that dealer’s respective transfer fee, that dealer transfers that gun into your name.
- You then receive the gun from that dealer with the transfer paperwork showing that you are the legal and rightful owner of the gun.

Gun Returns
ULTRA IMPORTANT!!
We cannot state enough how important it is to read this section because we cannot make ANY exceptions.Â
- It is your responsibility to inspect all guns thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer of that gun into your name.
- Once a new gun is transferred to you, it is then considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on guns once they have been transferred into your possession.
- Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items under any condition.
- If a defect is discovered AFTER the transfer, the gun MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective gun directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the gun to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired guns can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.
- In the event a gun is purchased from us and subsequently the buyer fails the background check OR the buyer incorrectly ordered the gun, the original shipping charges are NOT refunded. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. These orders will be subject to a restocking fee at 10% of the gun’s original purchase price.Â
